1 Delivery for prepaid standard internet orders is within 14 days, however it is often sooner. For all Local Authority orders of amounts over £350.00 we aim to deliver with in 6 weeks unless a delivery date is agreed when the order is placed. We are able to store your order until it’s required if you have limited storage facilities. Orders can be delivered direct if required. We endeavour to meet delivery dates however our responsibility for meeting delivery dates are subject to the limitations of using a reputable branded courier service.

3. Postage and Packaging is from £3.45 for England, Scotland and Wales. For all school, Nursery and Sure-start orders please phone for delivery details before placing order.

4. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The 10% discount is discretionary and only available for orders completed online via the approved ordering method on the company website.

5. Goods are subject to availability. We are not responsible for supplier’s delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to terminate the order and issue a full refund if stock is not forthcoming from suppliers.

6 The ownership of goods only passes to purchasers upon receipt of full payment.

7. Please let us know if you need your goods by a certain date, we will endeavour to deliver by the require date but no responsibility can be taken for circumstance beyond our control such as couriers or postal services.

8. We can accept orders from local authorities with an official requisition form or order number. Please call us for further advice.

9 Please note that all orders must be prepaid unless you have an account.  Account customers by prior arrangement, terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Cheques are payable to ‘The Equal Opp Shop’ or we can accept a bank transfer to 09-06-66 a/c 41717009. We reserve the right to charge deposits of up to 50% of the total cost payable before commencement of your order for goods or workshops. Delayed or non-payment will result in additional interest applied at the Bank of England’s rates of 4.75%. Non-payment will result in Civil Recovery Procedures. We reserve the right to undertake any credit checks on account applications with the applicant’s permission.

10. All our products carry a full money back guarantee valid for fair use and not including accidental damage so that you can order with full confidence valid for 28 days after purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer as defined by trading standards and English law.

11. For faulty or damaged goods please call us within 3 days to report the fault or damage and to arrange resolution to your satisfaction. Goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. No goods maybe returned without a returns number from us which will be given when you contact us within the first three days as above.

12. Although we have taken great care to describe the items correctly, colour and product details cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change. The Manufacturers descriptions are used when describing the resources.

13. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all packaging is safely disposed of to ensure that children do not play with plastic bags. Also that all items are are used with close supervision. All toys are CE marked and bought from reputable professional wholesalers. Recommended ages are given as instructed by wholesalers. Please note artefacts and multicultural musical instruments are not classed as toys.
