Terms and Conditions
1 Delivery is within 14 days, however it is often sooner. We are able to store your order until it is required if you have limited storage facilities. We can also deliver direct to a third party user if required.
2. VAT is excluded at 17.5% on all items except books and dressing up outfits. Our VAT number is 907332047
3. Postage and Packaging is from £2.95 for England, Scotland and Wales. All other locations and orders above £100.00 will be charged at cost. Orders will be sent by the most economic method unless otherwise instructed. For all school, nursery and surestart orders please phone for delivery details and prices before placing your order.
4. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
5. Goods are subject to availability.
6 The ownership of goods only passes to purchasers upon receipt of full payment.
7. Please let us know if you need your goods by a certain date.
8. We can accept orders from local authorities with an official
requisition form or order number. Please call us for further advice.
9 Please note that all orders must be prepaid unless you have an account. Account customers by prior arrangement, terms are strictly 30 days net.
10. All our products carry a full money back guarantee so that you can order with full confidence.
11. For faulty or damaged goods please call us within 3 days to report the fault or damage and to arrange resolution to your satisfaction. Goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days.
12. Although we have taken great care to describe the items correctly, colour and product details cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change. Manufacturers descriptions are used.
13. It is suggested that all toys are used with supervision and please dispose of the wrapping carefully.
